I must first thank Sam for his prompt and care ensuring that the missing remote from the Samsung TV recently purchased from yourselves arrived on the day he stated I must admit, that the missing part did upset our plans for the use of the TV set on our recent trip up to our static caravan, but now that’s all but forgotten. On setting up the TV (which was simple even at 67 years) the picture, sharp and clear, the sound (although some thought was lacking) was perfect, and overall I see potential in connecting other devices to this TV in the future. Although Samsung made the original mistake in leaving the remote out of the package, again I must thank Electrical Discount UK and in particular Sam for ensuring a satisfied and happy customer.

I am extremely sorry that it has taken me until now to send you a message of thanks and appreciation for your help and support. Chris delivered my fridge as scheduled last Saturday morning. The poor chap had to struggle with a combination of the first real snowfall we've had in this area and, a puncture! Nevertheless, he turned up all smiles, very cheerful and extremely helpful. The fridge is perfect in every way Simon. Right size, right colour, exactly as described on the site, ideal for my purposes and amazingly quiet compared to its predecessor. I spent the first two days checking it was actually working because it was so quiet. Next time I need any electrical item I shall be visiting your website and I will of course recommend you to all my friends. Your offer to remove my old appliance at the reduced rate is much appreciated and thank you again for that. Wishing you all the best both personally and as a company

The product was a good price and ordering on the web site was quick and easy. The item was dispatched promptly and the courier gave me a call about 1/2 hr before arrival. He was careful handling the item and put the package where I indicated. On examination there was no damage and the product was in perfect condition. Overall it was an excellent service and I was very pleased.

Very easy to order and discount a great help. I await how the delivery goes. Overall very happy with this company. Unfortunatly the last one of this cooker had been sold just before my order went through so they said there would be a week delay. I heard nothing on the expected date and called them, they could not deliver that day but promised for the next Saturday. they sent an e-mail the night before delivery giving the drivers name and number so I could call him when to expect delivery. this was very good. So apart from two week delay this is an excellent company.
