vehicles, we work very closely in association with three separate
delivery companies, including specialist 2-man carriers and a separate
carrier for deliveries to Scotland.
Many smaller items we supply can be delivered within 48-hours of
ordering (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays), and most large
items can be delivered within a 7-day period.
Our own delivery vans are equipped with GSP to ensure an efficient
delivery service.
All our deliveries are to a UK mainland address. Additional services
to UK islands are available - see table below. |

our standard 48-hour delivery we can not stipulate a time of day
for the delivery within this period (other than if one of our Additional
Services are selected - see table below). Should you be
out when the item is delivered, the driver(s) will leave a card
with a phone number and address of the depot the item(s) have been
returned to. Redelivery: In the first instance
most redelivery issues can be arranged directly with the carrier.
However, if you are not satisfied our Customer Service Team maybe
contacted, who will resolve any redelivery issues |

arrange for the disposal/taken for scrap of old appliances. We
DO NOT offer a part exchange allowance for these appliances. Arrangements
need to be made at the time of ordering. ALL items for collection
