Pinnacle Insurance Plc provides you with extensive
breakdown insurance for up to five years.
There is a way to be sure that your new appliance will serve you
for up to five years. Even if your product does develop a fault,
contact Electrical Discount UK Customer Service Department
to arrange the repair.
Settle Claims for accidental damage and frozen food loss
If your appliance fails as a result of accidental damage
Pinnacle Insurance Plc will repair or replace it.
They will also refund the cost for frozen food spoiled in the
event of your freezer malfunctioning up to £300 per claim
or a total of £600 throughout the duration of the policy.
If Pinnacle Insurance Plc declare your product
uneconomical to repair, a new product of similar specification will
be provided. If this happens your cover under warranty will
end
Obviously, as with all policies of this kind, there are some instances
where you will not be covered, such as: failure to comply with manufacturers
instructions and cosmetic damage. Full details of exclusions can
be found in clause 4 of the policy document.
When you become a Pinnacle Insurance Plc customer
Pinnacle undertake to: Settle or refund costs of
repairs due to breakdown up to the original purchase price, of your
product.
Repairs? No Problem! When you are covered by Pinnacle Insurance
Plc, dealing with repairs is quick and easy. You can rely
on Pinnacle Insurance support to ensure you enjoy
trouble free use of your appliance during its lifetime. If you want
to make a complaint, you will find details in the policy document.
Paying for repairs is also a simple procedure, just follow the
claims procedure detailed on the Certificate of Insurance
and we will promptly deal with the claim.
Your right to cancel
Up to 45 days you may cancel the policy and receive a full refund,
providing no claim(s) have been made. After 45 days no refund is
available.
Extended 3 year warranty:
Extended 3 year warranty includes manufacturer's standard guarantee.
Extended 5 year warranty:
Extended 5 year warranty includes manufacturer's standard guarantee.
Please Note: Consumers have the rights to repair, replacement or
refund in relation to goods that are defective at the time of purchase
including where the defect becomes apparent after a period of time.

Other Extended Warranty providers
Extended warranties are also available from alternative providers,
such as manufacturers and insurance companies and do not have to
be purchased at the same time as the product(s).
If after comparing the Terms and Conditions
and price(s) you would prefer to take the other providers warranty,
remember you have 45 days from the date of purchase to cancel your
policy.
