LOG-IN and REGISTRATION

You can register your details with us so that your details
are remembered next time you visit us and will save you
time
at the checkout.
First click the 'REGISTER' button and fill in your details.
Next time you visit us simply log-in with your details.
These buttons can be found in the top right hand side of
the web site page.

CHOOSING YOUR ITEMS

There are two ways in which to browse through the various
categories of products we have to offer.
Firstly, if you simply wish to browse, then click on any of the
main category buttons (VISION, HOME LAUNDRY etc..) on the left hand
menu bar.
If you know which category an item you are looking for would
be in, then you can use the pop-out menus by moving your
mouse
over the menu and select from the menu choices. This will
take you straight to the relevant category.
Each category will show you all the products in price order,
you can then select a particular manufacturer and choose
your
item from there.

PURCHASING YOUR NEW PRODUCT
|

Once you have decided on the item you wish to purchase,
simply click the 'Add to Basket' button located under the
price of
each item. Once an item is in your basket, you can then,
by following the above procedure, add additional items to
your
basket.
Once you have selected all the items you want you will then
be given a choice of either buying with your credit card or
by Barclays Partner Finance. There is a calculator to help
you determine your monthly payments.
Whichever your choice of payment, just follow all the on-screen
instructions.
It's as simple as that!
Once you have made your purchase you will be sent a confirmation
to the e-mail address given and one of our sales representatives
will then contact you to make further arrangements.

HOW TO ACCESS OTHER INFORMATION

On the product page you will
find several links that gives you further information about
that item.
In the 'Features Listing' there are 'Jargon Busters' -
click on the highlighted words
and a pop-up window will give you a full explanation.
You can click on the item image to give you a larger view,
and under the item image is where you will find out details
of extended guarantees.
On the right-hand side are details of delivery including
the cost, if applicable.
Also on the right are details of any special offers associated
with that item; for instance FREE gifts and package deals. |
