About our deliveries

To offer you the best possible service, as well as using our own fleet of vehicles, we work very closely with specialist 2-man carriers, parcel carriers and a separate carrier to Scotland.

Many of our items can be delivered within 3-5 working days of ordering and most domestic appliances are delivered within 10 working days of ordering.

All our deliveries are to a UK mainland address. Additional services are available to UK islands, Please contact our sales team for further information.

Please note that we CAN NOT offer an installation or connection service. For purchases of large domestic appliances that require installation/connection to mains electricity or gas, such as Cookers, Ovens and Hobs we recommend that you contact a local authorised and registered electrician or gas fitter. For American Style Fridge Freezers you may also require the services of a good plumber.

Schedule 1

All small appliances and items such as Blu-Ray players and televisions up to and including 40inch televisions fall into our schedule 1 deliveries.

All items are delivered within 3-5 working days, upgraded deliveries on these items are available at additional charges. Additional charges are applicable for orders placed before 1pm.

Next day delivery is available at a charge of £9.99.

Two day delivery is available at an extra charge of £4.99.

Schedule 2

Any Television over 40inch and all home appliances such as Washing Machines, Dishwashers and Fridge Freezers up to 180cm tall fall into our schedule 2 deliveries.

We deliver to these postcode areas once a week, excluding islands and highlands.

If the delivery is within 2 days there is an additional charge of £4.99.

If the delivery is within 1 day there is an additional charge of £9.99.

This is applicable up to midnight, for example an order for delivery on Tuesday would incur a £9.99 charge on Sunday and a £4.99 charge on Saturday and would be free delivery if placed before Saturday.

Please be aware that our deliveries for these products are to the door step only, we are unable to deliver these items up flights of stairs, if you require a 2-man delivery this is selectable at the basket stage at an additional cost. If the 2-Man service is selected this would fall into a schedule 3 delivery.

Our schedule 2 deliveries are between 7am and 7pm, we provide the drivers details, via email, to enable you to contact the driver on the day of delivery.

Schedule 3

All Large appliances such as American Style Fridge Freezers, Range Cookers and Fridge Freezers over 180cm tall.

These products will be delivered within 10 working days of ordering, our courier company will be in touch to advise of a delivery day and are also able to provide an AM or PM delivery.

Please Note

All items require a signature on receipt. Any instructions to "leave safe" are at the purchasers risk and we CAN NOT be responsible for items that are left after such requests.

Whilst we endeavour to deliver all items within the time scale given at the time of sale, where we are reliant on third-party carriers we can not be held liable for any delay and/or loss caused.

Missed Delivery?

Please note that a £30.00 re-delivery charge may be applied if our courier/delivery driver attempts to make a delivery to your address and no one is home. If delivery has to be re-arranged it must be done by contacting our call centre on 0844 225 9174 before 5.00pm on the day before expected delivery

All items and delivery times are subject to stock availability and delivery to a UK mainland address.

Highland addresses are classified as the following postcodes, IV, KW, AB, FK17-FK21, PA20-PA80 and PH17-PH50. For quotes on Highland and Island deliveries please contact us.  If an order is placed prior to contact us our sales team will be in touch regarding an additional charge.
