Extremely efficient service!! Ordered on Bank Holiday Monday, received a call on Tuesday to confirm delivery on Thursday. Driver then called about 40 minutes prior to turning up, which gave us time to get a few things out of his way. He arrived, brought the machine around the back of the house and into the utility room, where it will stay.

I would like to thank you for the prompt service and help I received from your Company.

I normally don't like to buy electrical items on line but I was desperate because my washing machine had broken down and I was about to go on holiday.

I received prompt service and delivery as arranged. I was getting a little worried as the machine hadn't arrived on the day of delivery by late in the afternoon. I phoned the delivery driver who was very nice and helpful and gave me a time I could expect delivery and turned up accordingly.

The salesman I spoke to when placing my order was also very helpful. He answered endless questions about the washing machine and also about recordable DVD players - something I want to purchase at a later date.

Received the Dyson vacuum cleaner as promised well within the 48 hours delivery period, however, unfortunately it was damanged.

In my view you can tell the real quality of a retailer by what happens if something goes wrong. It took just one telephone conversation with a very polite customer service operative who said I should put it back in the box and a replacement would be with me the next day. That was yesterday and it arrived lunch time.

Brilliant service. Would recommend you to anyone and the price wasn't bad either!!

2) Sensible P&P charge rather than the inflated ones that really just

Just wanted to thank you for the excellent service you gave me with my purchase of my Hotpoint Aqualtis 149pi. The sales person who took my order was extremely friendly and the whole transaction went very smoothly.

The day of delivery was told to me at point of purchase. I then phoned the sales team on the day of delivery and they gave me the delivery drivers name and number. He gave me delivery time, which he exactly kept to. The delivery person helped me to get the machine into the house and the whole delivery was exceptionally good.

I would just like to say that your customer service is a breath of fresh air. You not only rang me on the Monday (ordered online on the Saturday) explaining that the hi-fi that I had ordered was out of stock, you also helped me choose another simular model. Then, to my surprise (pleasant) the hi-fi arrived the NEXT day.
If ONLY all retailers showed such care for their potential customers, life shopping on the 'net would be so much a HAPPIER time. So MANY, MANY, retailers don't even bother to tell of out of stock items, hoping that they can delay the deal until (weeks/months) have passed and the item DOES get back in stock. That is even IF they bother at all. I would recommend any one to deal with you, and I WILL do so.

Here’s my glowing testimonial!

In October I ordered a Zanussi Tumble Dryer – having never ordered anything on the internet before! – so I was somewhat dubious. I ordered the tumble dryer on a Sunday evening and immediately got a phone call to confirm my order from the company. The guy that rung me then confirmed my order number and gave me a day for delivery, (which was the following Wednesday – only 3days!).

On the Wednesday I had a phone call to confirm the time and it arrived when they said it would – Amazing! And it works brilliantly!

I was so impressed that I then ordered a new very reasonable washing machine for my son. Unfortunately, that was out of stock, but the company phoned and offered me an alternative, which I accepted. That too arrived on time and the two guys carried up to the 2nd floor of my son’s flat without complaint.

I spoke to someone on Customer Services this morning re availability of the above washing machine/tumble drier from Hotpoint. The gentleman concerned was very helpful, and explained that because of manufacturing delays at Hotpoint, neither would be available until around mid February. Of all the companies I've tried (including Hotpoint themselves!), yours has been the most honest and informative in explaining what the delay in obtaining stock is down to.

I have to report that this the best electrical appliance company I've EVER dealt with. It has one of the very easiest to navigate websites..the best and simplest ordering system...and the very best of people dealing with and delivering your order (delivered within 5 mins of when they said they would!!!). The company said 3 - 10 days delivery....make that just 4 and my product wasn't even in stock!. There was no wazzock trying to hard sell me very expensive "additional" insurance and the goods (unlike some other well known "stores") actually arrived in one piece and in perfect "factory fresh" condition.

I can give no other recommendation other than to say "I'll be back"

You delivered his new Panasonic TV on Thursday. Carrier may have been Eric according to the delivery note. My dad asked me to email you to thank your driver for being so helpful during the delivery. He made sure the very large box was put into the lounge rather than just dumping it in the hall, and at all times was very helpful. A credit to your company.

I ordered a LCD TV through Simon on Friday: he could not have been more helpful. Delivery to Somerset was promised for Tuesday.

On Tuesday I spoke to Simon who said that it was on its way and he gave me the van driver's name, Chris, and his cell phone number. I kept in touch with Chris, who was held up and arranged for him to deliver to my house instead of my office.

Chris eventually arrived at 08:15 pm: he was most helpful.

We ship to, and receive stuff from all over the world, and delivery in usually a nightmare of incompetence and feeble excuses.

Your service is a credit to you and your staff, and most uncommon these days.

I purchased a Hotpoint cooker off you last week that arrived Saturday. I had looked around locally and on the web but no one came close to your price, they were nearly double for a similar item. I had never purchased such a large item mail order before and was a little wary that it may be too good to be true. When the delivery had not arrived by 6pm my husband said ' I told you that you should not have given your credit card details to someone you don't know, its too cheap they must be dodgy!'
Well the driver Chris rang me after I texted him to say he was running late, and would be with us shortly. He arrived with my cooker and brought it into the kitchen; it was undamaged and far better than I expected. My husband had to eat his words and is now telling every one that he will never buy off the high street again and what a fantastic company you are!!

Wow! This was really good. I have been getting electrical goods from the internet shops for many years now and in most cases there has been a delay in delivering them even after being told the item was in stock.

Thank you for your sales receipt document for the washing machine we ordered from you on Tuesday morning. It arrived in this mornings post. This transaction is our first major purchase using the internet and we were most appreciative of the care taken to ensure we were kept aware of each stage of the transaction. The washing machine was delivered at 12.35 pm today just 25 minutes earlier than your courier advised we should expect it. Considering it had been brought 200 hundred or so miles from Glasgow that seems very efficient. We consider that three and a half working days from ordering to delivery is very efficient, especially considering the number of movements involved. About two Saturdays ago, I ordered a video recorder over the telephone.
Having never used you before I was going solely on recommendations from pricerunner.co.uk.
Dealings started well since your sales department actually answered the phone fairly quickly. This might seem like a trivial statement but other companies I've tried to use don't even bother! The person I spoke to was clear, polite and efficient. He told me that he'd dispatch my product on Monday and that I'd get it on Tuesday or Wednesday (at the latest). I was left with the distinct feeling that he was taking responsibility for ensuring my order was processed correctly.

Well, true to his word a delivery attempt was made on Tuesday but no one was here to receive it. Now good customer care is not just about how well a company treats its customers but how well it chooses it associates. The delivery company was called on Wednesday and arrangements made to redeliver on Thursday. It arrived on schedule. I just want to say thank you for an excellent ordering and, equally
important, delivery service. The appraisals left on Pricerunner.co.uk by those who have used you before are well earned and I'm pleased to be able to add my to the chorus.
