I had a fridge and a freezer delivered on Christmas Eve by Simon. I had spoken to him on the phone the previous day and he very kindly agreed to re-jig his delivery routes so that my drop off was one of his first so that I could get away to work.

It snowed really heavily that night and I was expecting my delivery to be cancelled and rescheduled after until after Christmas. Instead Simon left the depot early so that he could still deliver on time. Simon was a complete star and a complete asset to your organisation.

I placed an order for a washing machine on the website on Wenesday, I was contacted within five minutes by someone to confirm the order and that it would be delivered on the Saturday.  I then received an e-mail on the Friday to tell me the name of the delivery driver and contact number if there should be any problems.  The driver arrived promptly at 9am Saturday morning.  A big thanks to Andy the courier for helping me into the house with the machine.

I ordered my Bosch tumble dryer over Christmas as it was the best value I could find.  I am always wary of ordering online, however I was so pleasantly surprised by this service.

Not only were you the cheapest, with free delivery, but you also kept us informed at every step of the delivery process - even down to the name and number of the driver.  The dryer was delivered on the date provided, by a suprisingly 'unsurley' helpful and friendly driver.

Can I thank you for your amazing service. Six months ago I ordered the Stoves Richmond d550df in black from Sainsburys on line, twice I expected delivery and twice they cancelled the order. I then tried John Lewis on line where the same thing happened, with my delivery being cancelled! So then I tried Electricals 4 u, who also cancelled my delivery twice!!

So Thursday at 7.30pm I spoke to Simon who told me you had two of these ovens. This is the first time I've taken the time to sit down and write to a company to express my thanks but I feel I need to. s a person who freqently uses the internet to purchase goods I'm always keen to read reviews on products and companies by other people like myself and I hope this is helpful to those of you thinking of purchasing goods from this site.

I used a compare site to look for a fridge freezer and Electrical Discount UK came out near the top for price. It was very reasonable and included delivery which was great. I ordered it on a Sunday evening and the next morning had a call from a helpful member of staff who confirmed my order and arranged a delivery time with me.

They delivered to the west country where I am based on a Tuesday so it was going to be approx 8 days before I received my order which I was happy with. 10 mins later I get another call to say they had found me a slot in that Tuesdays delivery. They e-mailed me the drivers name and mobile number that afternoon which I called on the Tuesday morning. He told me an estimated time and was there pretty much bang on!

Very impressed with the service and most importantly, was kept informed the whole way.

Extremely efficient service!! Ordered on Bank Holiday Monday, received a call on Tuesday to confirm delivery on Thursday. Driver then called about 40 minutes prior to turning up, which gave us time to get a few things out of his way.
