on my latest purchase.
I ordered a 28" digital Samsung TV last Thursday afternoon.
Promised delivery for Monday, it's now in my lounge in all it's
glory. Top marks! Your staff have been honest and informative
throughout - makes
a pleasant change from other web based suppliers. You had the
item in stock, whereas others like BE Direct needed 2 weeks.
Phoned this morning for a delivery time and was given an accurate
time. The TV
cost £417 with delivery, £17 more than Be Direct
but worth the extra for such a good and quick service.
All in all, a pleasant experience which has convinced my dubious
wife that we should order more stuff over the internet having
varied results from other suppliers in the past. Score 5/5.

I would just like to drop you a line to congratulate you on
the service you provide. I ordered a dishwasher on Sunday afternoon
and it was delivered on the following Tuesday. That is first
class but allied to the fact that I gave the driver my mobile
number on the morning of delivery and agreed he would give me
30min notice meant I didn't have to take a day off. The call
was made and exactly 30min later my dishwasher arrived.The driver
apologised for a small oil spill in the van and insisted on
unwrapping the dishwasher and taking all the packaging with
him.
The service I have received is the BEST I have ever had from
ANY retailer and your staff are excellent and obviously proud
to work for the company - well done and I would not hesitate
to recommend you to anyone - 1st class.

on one of the price comparison sites and from there it wasn't
hard to make my decision. Your price was great, always either
the cheapest or very close to, your website was easy to navigate
and provided the technical info I required, and your payment
and checkout series was simple and light years ahead of your
competitors. As for your delivery, excellent stuff - your competitors
don't stand a chance with you delivering within 48 hours when
the best the majority of them can do is 7 - 10 days!
All this followed up by excellent customer service and advice.
Hat's off to you, I'll definitely be using you again and recommending

Dear Sirs,
I just wanted to let you know how delighted that I was with
your service when I was buying a washing machine. I checked
out your company on the internet via pricerunner and chose
yours as the second cheapest (by a margin) because of the
good reports which you more than lived up to.
I called on the Monday at approx 11:00 to check if you had
stock. Yes, you did, my order was dealt with very efficiently,
clearly and quickly and when I asked about delivery the person
helping me asked me to hold on so that he could check if we
could still get on the Tuesday delivery…..I just squeaked
on – So my machine was being delivered the NEXT day
– almost within 24 hours!
Next morning I called the number provided to find out the
exact delivery time and got an immediate response and an estimate
of delivery time AND Chris said he could also fit it for me
and take the old one away. I was delayed so couldn’t
be there when it happened but my Mother was in and he did
it all beautifully, efficiently and wanted to check that I
was OK so asked me to phone when I got back.
I have NEVER had such service in UK….I almost felt
that I was in the States – but actually it was better.
Congratulations – This sort of thing needs to be encouraged
hence my letter to you.
Keep up the excellent work and I will be buying a tumble
dryer soon- I hope your prices continue to be competitive
too!

I just wanted to express my delight at the way in which my recent
order with you was handled. I took delivery of my new fridge/freezer
on Thursday (all now plumbed in and working) and have to say
that I haven't received service like that for a long time.
My order was acknowledged promptly and within 2 or 3 days I
had received a phone call to say that the product was in stock
and the delivery company would be in touch. This duly happened
a day or so later and delivery was scheduled that week. The
delivery driver phoned half an hour before arriving to say he
was en route and the product was installed quickly and efficiently
...... with a smile !
Not once during the whole process was I given reason to query,
moan or worry about anything. You did everything you said you
would, when you said you would which is a rare occurrence these
days. Well done to one and all involved.
My background is in customer service and sales so I am often
very critical so this really is praise indeed, believe me !

Just a quick note
to tell you about the brilliant service! I ordered a Panasonic
NV-SV120EB vcr from PRC Direct over two weeks ago, I was told
the item was in stock and that delivery would be 7-14 days,
anyway 2 weeks later no vcr, just excuses "they've just
arrived in the warehouse yesterday" (so where were they
for the last fortnight then!). I told them that this was unacceptable
and not getting the hint they tried to offer me next day delivery
for an extra £15. So I gave them the hint, I cancelled
my order, sent them an email telling them that I will never
buy from them again and went to you guys.
I ordered the same video late Friday (12/9/2003) night, received
a phone call early Saturday morning confirming the order and
that it would be dispatched on Monday arriving Tuesday/Wednesday.
Well it arrived Tuesday afternoon, now that's service! Keep
up the good work guys!

phone me when they collected it within the next two days to
confirm the delivery date. An hour later they phoned with the

and was pleased when they arrived just as promised. They even
had sat nav so direction weren`t necessary. I would definately

I phoned my order for a Panasonic NVGS1B
camcorder on Wednesday afternoon. It was delivered on Thursday
at 09-30. The chap at ED who took my order was very helpful
and polite. When I asked if a spare battery was in stock he
told me that none were showing on the computer, but he would
check the
warehouse in case some had just arrived and pack it with the
order if there was one available. I also ordered two blank tapes.
The package was complete with battery and tapes, so he obviously
went out of his way for me.

at 14:40 on Thursday and it was delivered to my address near
