Returns Policy

You have the right cancel your order up to 14-days AFTER your delivery date.

Please ensure that you notify us of any returns within this period. Any items returned without prior approval will be returned to you. You can send your item back within 14-days at your own expense, alternatively CONTACT US for a quote.

For a FULL refund any item returned MUST NOT HAVE BEEN USED and should be RETURNED in it's ORIGINAL PACKAGING. The returned item should include ALL accessories including instruction manuals, leads, remote controls, batteries, software discs and any other item sent with the product. (including any 'free' item that was part of a promotion)

Should ANY accessory supplied NOT be returned, we reserve the right to charge your credit/debit card for the full amount/value of replacement item(s).Packing an item(s) in packaging not designed for the item(s) can result in damage to the item(s) for which we would need to make a charge, once we have assessed the damage.

We reserve the right to charge the sum of £50 if an item has been used.

Should you cancel, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us)

We will make the reimbusement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

Damaged Goods?

We allow 7-days to inspect your product after delivery to report any issue. In the unlikely event your product is damaged please CONTACT US immediately. If acceptable we can arrange a partial refund (amount to be agreed upon) if you are happy to keep the item. If this is not deemed acceptable we can also offer a full refund or a replacement.

Collections will be made by one of our approved carriers at our expense. The returned item should include ALL accessories including instruction manuals, leads, remote controls, batteries, software discs and any other item sent with the product.

Should ANY accessory item supplied NOT be returned, we reserve the right to charge your credit/debit card for the full amount/value of replacement item(s).

The returned items must be returned in their original packaging or suitable alternatives. Our courier may refuse the collection if there is not appropriate packaging.

Faulty Goods?

If your product develops a fault within the first 30-days please CONTACT US, we will then be able to offer a refund or replacement. If a fault develops outside the first 30-days, rest assured, most of our products have a minimum of 12-months warranty.

In the unlikely event your product develops a fault simply CONTACT US, we can arrange for your faulty goods to be inspected by an approved engineer. Firstly we will attempt to repair the product, if this is not feasible we will then offer a suitable replacement.

Should you report a fault to us at any time during the manufacturers warranty period (even within the first 30-days) and request a return, replacement or any other rejection of the product and we are unable to ascertain if there is a fault with the item, we reserve the right to ask that an engineer call to determine the nature of the 'fault'
